Too early to tell, but I thought I heard I would get enough for a month. One a day. The suggestion of dose is two a day? Not sure if this is something you want to look at. I’m fine taking one a day, can’t afford two a day.

I have been taking C60 in avocado oil for almost 6 months. Before starting I was experiencing severe fatigue all the time, had really bad brain fog still from a concussion that occurred a few years ago and was really struggling with asthma.
