I bought the C60 in MCT coconut oil after watching a summit on Longevity. I was doing a 16/8 intermittent fasting routine, but was putting it in my morning black coffee. At the same time I started it, my functional doctor ordered a adrenal stress test; my cortisol level remained high at the awakening response throughout the morning due to the C60, and took longer to drop than in an average descending curve. So this product does provide that extra burst of energy. Wow!
