Standard Shipping in the US
For all Standard Shipping (non-express) methods, please allow 2-10 business days for delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours but can take up to 72-hours to process in the event of a weekend or holiday.
International Shipping Disclaimer
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, as charges vary around the world.
As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs. Shopc60.com cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
We are not responsible for delivery errors caused via shipping carrier or agent, or, for incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
Shipping times may be delayed in certain geographic areas, due to the on-going CV-19 global pandemic. Shopc60.com is not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural causes, environmental events, global pandemics, protests, wars, or acts of God.
Customers who opt in for monthly subscriptions will be eligible for a 20% discount off regular MSRP pricing. Customers may pause, change, or cancel their subscription at any time, without any penalty. Customers will be notified and reminded by email 7 days prior to subscription renewal. Customers who initiate a subscription on shopc60.com utilizing PayPal or Visa , MasterCard or American Express, should expect to see the description: ShopC60 on their credit card statement. Subscriptions are valid for a maximum of 12 months. At the expiration of your 12-month period, you may renew your subscription and start a new term.
Customers who create an account, will be eligible for our customer service loyalty program, and purchases made on the website will accrue towards future complimentary product. Customers with an account may pause, change, or cancel their subscription at any time.
