My husband and I have been using C60 for about 3 weeks. The first couple of days, I had light detox symptoms but my husband didnt have any. Since, we have both noticed an energy increase which is a nice even elevation with no jittery effects. We arent tired during the day and dont have that afternoon blah where we feel sleepy. We sleep well at night too. I was having trouble with muscle recovery after exercise. I would get unusually sore and end up with headaches. That is gone! I just brought my Sugar Free Tart Cherry C60 Gummies along on a trip to see my son in NOLA last week.
