So far this has been very helpful. I have bad allergies, fibromyalgia, EOE, and need both knees replaced, so I have a mountain of inflammation. I haven’t used an entire bottle yet, but I can tell if I miss a day. Never been a huge fan of avocados but it doesn’t really taste like anything, so that’s was nice. I’m hoping for more and better relief the longer I use it. Thanks for a great product!

Actually really impressed with the quality of the hat. The patch with the logo has a lot more detail than I would have expected. Seems durable and holds its form. I’m impressed!
