This is our second shipment, we have been taking for 4 months now and feel so much better. I also use C60 skin products and my skin looks and feels amazing!
Love these sugar free C60 gummies. Only problem I am having is slowing down their consumption. I do notice a short burst of an appetite suppressing sensation, albeit for maybe 20-30 min after having one.
I was surprised at how quickly I noticed the difference – excellent product.

Fact: MCT holds considerably less ESS60 than olive oil; about ~.35 mg/ml instead of ~.8 mg/ml
If you want to consume the same amount of ESS60 (C60) then you need to take 60% more or of an MCT product than an Olive Oil product.
Several changes, but the most useful for me is the memory. When I study I only have to look at it once or read it one and it’s like I read it 5 times. Or be able to pick and analyze things much faster and more efficiently then without c60. Truly does help in school or when researching things.

Have used a 16 ounce bottle of Avocado Oil C60 monthly for just over a year. I have watched my hair grow in darker, skin is softer and overall an increase in energy. I can only assume the results I can visibly see are also occurring inside my body.

My hair and nails have shown visible improvement. My hair is healthier than it has been in over a decade, and my nails are strong and shiny– for Decades my nails have been brittle and broke easily… But not anymore! I FEEL better overall as well. I came down with what seemed the flu a couple weeks ago, and was unable to eat. However, I was able to take my c60 oil and was back on my feet on day no. 3, which is a very big deal for me. I use the avocado oil on sunburns and cuts/scrapes as well, v and it dramatically speeds up the healing time. Absolutely incredible stuff!
So far it seems to moisturize doesn’t feel oily. That’s about it right now. Don’t know if it contains C60
