Really having a difficult time pouring out 1 teaspoon without any waist dribbling down the side of the bottle. For the price of the product I wish there was a better alternative such as a dropper with 1 teaspoon measurement attached to the lid. Please advise.

I use C60 either before my exercise or after and I like the results.
It occurred to me that using the oil under my eyes and around my lips would be beneficial, and I was right. I use it at night.

I only gave five stars in my review because ten was not available. I have been a physician for 45 years and have never been into supplements. However I had covid at the end of July and was having symptoms of long covid (easily fatigued and exhausted, foggy memory, constipation alternating with diarrhea) and a very good friend told me about C 60. I remember when “Bucky balls” were discovered but did not understand them at the time. I have been taking the avocado C 60 for 3 weeks, all of my symptoms are gone, I have more energy than pre-covid and am even sleeping better. I will take this for the rest of my life.
