WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

Amazon and eBay

Wholesalers may not sell C60 Power products on eBay or Amazon.com in any country. No exceptions will be made to this rule.

Minimum Advertising and Pricing Policy

The Wholesaler agrees to offer products or goods purchased from C60 Power/ ShopC60.com at no less than the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). Permission for special sale events beyond a 10% discount by the Wholesaler must be requested in writing to C60 Power and will be reviewed on an individual basis.

Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized wholesalers will receive the listed discount off the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Prices are subject to change without notice. The Wholesale Account owner must cover shipping costs, insurance, and any Customs/VAT, import, or export fees. See Exhibit A for pricing.

Payments

Payment must be made at the time your order is placed on our website. We accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and/or PayPal, or ACH payments. Payment is due in full when the order is placed, including shipping and insurance. There are no exceptions. Wholesalers are responsible for covering associated Customs/VAT, import, or export fees.

Logos/Trademarks

The Wholesaler may use the Logos and other C60 Power Trademarks in the Wholesaler location and/or agreed upon distribution market territory, for the sole purpose of marketing C60 Power products. C60 Power is willing to freely share any marketing collateral that may assist Wholesale Account owner in creating/growing Wholesale Account Owner’s market. International Orders (outside the continental United States)

Please allow for additional processing and shipping time. Also, be aware there may be additional action required on your part with respect to local Customs requirements to obtain possession of your shipment. C60 Power is not responsible for tracking or monitoring successful receipt of International Orders.
